What happens after submission

We send a verification step to the submitted email before processing any request. Once verified, the request is logged for legal-response tracking and routed to the appropriate operator workflow. If we need clarification, we will reply to the same email thread so your request remains traceable end to end.

GDPR request guidance

Use Access when you want a full copy of profile data and processing context, Erasure when you want account-linked records removed, and Rectification when a specific field is wrong and needs correction. Restriction and Objection are useful when you dispute legal basis or want processing paused while a complaint is reviewed.

To speed up handling, include clear identifiers and a short summary of what you want changed. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive data in free text; only provide details required to identify your record. If you previously contacted support, include that date so your request can be tied to an existing thread without duplication.
